Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at sara@sunshinemindshop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at sara@sunshinemindshop.com. Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
